Then we arrange a walkthrough. That visit is where a rough idea turns into a real scope, because the ground answers questions a form cannot.

Is the site visit free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. It is also where we tell you if the project does not work on that lot, which is worth more than a polite estimate for a building that cannot be permitted.

What should I include in the message?

The property address is the single most useful thing, because it settles jurisdiction, snow load and often the ground conditions. After that: roughly what size building, what goes in it, and whether you want it heated.

Photographs of the site, especially of where you imagine the building and how a truck would get there, are more useful than dimensions.

Do you give quotes over the phone or email?

We give ranges, not quotes, before a site visit. A range from published bands is honest. A firm number for a lot nobody has seen is a guess dressed up as a price, and it usually changes.
